We Remember Hanshi Terry Bryan

USA Karate was saddened today to learn of the passing of Hanshi Terry Bryan.
Dr. Bryan was the Founding Secretary General of the USA National Karate-do Federation and served in that role from 1994-1997. Sensei Bryan was a legend in the martial arts industry and became known for his business savvy both within and beyond the martial arts world.
“We have lost a legend,” said USA Karate President John DiPasquale. “Mr. Bryan was involved with the National Governing Body for many years and was influential in the early days of the USA-NKF. The entire USA Karate community mourns this loss.”
“USA Karate is grateful to the work that Dr. Terry Bryan did in the earliest days of our organization,” stated USA Karate Chief Executive Officer Jake Lease. “His legacy will live in on as the Federation continues to grow and prosper.”
