Paris will be my 3rd World Championships. But it is my first time competing in Kumite so I am really excited about that. I want to go in there and give it all I got and leave everything on the mats. I've got nothing to lose.

| What do you love about competition? |
I love the adrenaline you get during competition. I love the preparation, all the hard work and practices. The traveling is definitely a plus, we get to explore and meet so many different people, cultures, food, and etc. I love being a part of team USA, all of our team mates are awesome and I love them to death.

Hanging out with my two baby nieces. They just know how to put a smile on my face and I love their hugs. I also love taking naps!

Just believe in yourself and work hard towards your dreams. Don't let anyone stop you from what you want.
