This is my second Worlds. All I feel these days about the upcoming months is excitement. I could not be more thrilled to be representing the US again and I think we have several talented athletes that have a ton of desire and strength in preparing for these Worlds.

taking a nap or watching stand-up comedy

decide what you want to do and then stick with it, even when things don't go your way - and when they don't, laugh about it and try again
Where do you get your inspiration from?
the movie Miracle, the book Mind Gym and any athlete that keeps believing, even if no one else does
