Approved Kata List Update

June 27, 2023 - USA-NKF went through a website migration recently, and due to this, some documents reverted to previous versions.  As such, two versions of the approved kata list are on our website; the first is dated March 14, 2023, and may be found here. 
The second, and most recently approved version, dated May 12, 2023, may be found here.  
Due to the discrepancies and the short time leading up to our National Championships, the Referee Operations Committee will allow athletes in the Intermediate and Advanced categories to choose kata from either list.  Following the 2023 Nationals, we will ensure all documents on our website are updated so that instructors and athletes will have ample time to review the kata list for 2024 competitions.
