I started karate at age 4...My biggest win was in 2017 when I won several matches to help my kumite team win a very hard earned team gold at Nationals....The rush of adrenaline right before you go out to compete, and the eagerness to compete a few days before the competition....I get my inspiration from my coaches, family, and high level athletes and peers...."Hard work beats talent when talent fails to work hard"
