Cheryl K. Murphy led the mental performance session, where participants were fully engaged and encouraged to share personal experiences, challenges, and insights. This portion of the event fostered reflection, confidence-building, and meaningful dialogue among participants.

Nurys Saldana facilitated the physical training session, where participants learned new techniques while supporting and motivating one another. The energy in the room reflected a strong sense of unity, growth, and empowerment.

Overall, the event was a highly positive and impactful experience for both returning participants and those attending for the first time. The collaboration between Guardian Girls, USA Karate, and Karate For Change continues to create valuable opportunities for female athletes to grow both mentally and physically within the sport.

We sincerely appreciate the opportunity to host and support this initiative and look forward to continuing and expanding the program in the future.
