USA Open & Junior International Cup Recap

April 12, 2023, Las Vegas, Nevada. USA Karate hosted the USA Open and Junior International Cup over the Easter holiday weekend at the Paris Las Vegas hotel. Athletes from more than 40 countries competed in the 3-day event, with more than 1200 athlete participants, 170 coaches and 80 officials.
“The 2023 USA Open and Junior International Cup was one of the largest in our country’s history and an inspiring weekend of competition,” said USA Karate CEO Michael Cain. “My thanks to the athletes, coaches and officials for their professionalism and participation. It was an incredible weekend and an important milestone for our karate community.

The next Signature Event hosted by USA Karate will be the National Championships, held in Richmond, Virginia at the Greater Richmond Convention Center on July 12-16, 2023.
