Brian Hilliard Named to USA Karate Board of Directors

The USA National Karate-do Federation has recently announced the appointment of Brian Hilliard, a 40-year-old California native residing in Plano, Texas, to serve as the newest Athlete Representative on its Board of Directors.


With years of experience on the National Team, Hilliard is well-versed in the sport and represented the USA at the Olympic qualifying event in Paris, France, in 2021. He has also been a member of multiple victorious men's team kumite squads at the Senior Pan American Championships.


With Hilliard's appointment, the Board of Directors is now fully seated with a total of 10 members, of which 4 are athletes. This new addition is sure to bring valuable insight and perspectives to the Board's decision-making processes.
